Robert Mugabe’s office yesterday appointed two new ministers. The President’s office handed jobs to Clifford Sibanda as Minister in Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s office while Tabitha Rudo Kanengoni-Malinga becomes Minister in VP Phelekezela Mphoko’s office.
